offers twelve one-bedroom apartments, each accommodating up to four adults and/or one or two children in a baby cot.
Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace, a bedroom, an entrance hall, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Every apartment is heated by air conditioning in each room, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, ceramic hobs, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils – cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, and disposable trays for cooking and serving. Five of the apartments also have a washing machine.
For maximum comfort, all bedrooms are furnished with box spring beds.
The building is secured with a high-level access control system – a video intercom in every unit and a chip system for the main entrance. Access to our panoramic elevator is another advantage.
Our team’s goal is to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and at home.
The bathrooms include a hairdryer, and the kitchen features a minibar. A helpful welcome brochure awaits you on the table, along with widescreen LCD TVs in every room, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.
