We are located in one of the most charming towns in Bulgaria – Panagyurishte, nestled in the heart of the Sredna Gora mountain range. This town is the historic center of the April Uprising, rich in cultural heritage and home to numerous landmarks.

Here, the world-famous Panagyurishte Gold Treasure, crafted entirely from pure gold, was discovered – a true national treasure still admired today.

Launched in 2013, the World Fireworks Championship has established itself as a unique event for Bulgaria and the entire Balkan Peninsula. It attracts thousands of visitors not only from across Bulgaria but also from all over the world.

Reenactment “Courage and Sacrifice – Panagyurishte 1876”

May 1st and 2nd are days of celebration in Panagyurishte. The festivities begin on May 1st with a ceremonial parade, followed by a historical reenactment of the April Uprising in the afternoon at the "Apriltsi" Memorial Complex. The evening concludes with a solemn torch-lit military ceremony. On May 2nd, the National Commemoration Gathering at the historic site of Oborishte is held – a powerful expression of the people's deep gratitude for the great sacrifice and immortal heroism of the April revolutionaries in the name of Freedom and the Fatherland.

On **Good Friday**, Panagyurishte hosts a **traditional Crafts Fair**. More than 80 artisans arrive from towns such as **Troyan, Lovech, Gabrovo, Sofia, Plovdiv, Samokov**, and **Oreshak**. Visitors can enjoy live demonstrations, including **pottery making on traditional Troyan wheels**, where craftsmen create ceramic pieces on-site – similar to those seen in **Etara, Lovech, Zheravna**, and **Plovdiv**. Other attractions include **coin minting demonstrations** and **handmade jewelry crafted from natural materials**. Many of the artisans present their works while dressed in **traditional Bulgarian folk costumes**, adding a unique cultural touch to the experience.
